Integrations and APIs

We connect the systems you run so data moves on its own, and correctly, and we design APIs your partners can rely on.

When you need this

  • Data moves between systems by hand, with mistakes
  • The website and the ERP disagree on stock and prices
  • Partners ask for API access to your data
  • Old integrations keep breaking and their author has left

How we work

From the first call to support

  1. Step 01

    Audit

We study the process, data and systems, and agree what success will look like.

  2. Step 02

    Prototype

A technical prototype proves the approach on your real data in three to six weeks.

  3. Step 03

    Development

Changes ship as they pass review and tests, and you follow them live on TaskDeck.

  4. Step 04

    Integration

The system joins your infrastructure, next to everything that already works.

  5. Step 05

    Support

Three months of warranty, then a support and development plan.

More about the process

After launch

We fix defects for three months after delivery, under warranty. Ongoing support, monitoring and further development are agreed separately, in a plan that suits you.

Questions and answers

Our ERP has no API. Can you still connect it?

Usually yes, through its database, file exchange or a small connector service. We check the options during the audit.

What happens when one of the systems is down?

Messages wait in a queue and are retried. Failures raise alerts instead of silently losing data.

Who maintains the integration?

We do, under a support plan, with monitoring and documentation your own team can use as well.

Can partners try the API first?

Yes, with a sandbox, test keys and documentation.
