MVP for startups

We help you decide what the first version really needs, then build it on a proven stack, so it can grow instead of being rewritten.

When you need this

  • Investors want a working product, not a deck
  • The idea has to be tested with real users
  • You need a scope and a budget before hiring a team
  • An internal product is needed fast, without hiring

How we work

From the first call to support

  1. Step 01

    Audit

We study the process, data and systems, and agree what success will look like.

  2. Step 02

    Prototype

A technical prototype proves the approach on your real data in three to six weeks.

  3. Step 03

    Development

Changes ship as they pass review and tests, and you follow them live on TaskDeck.

  4. Step 04

    Integration

The system joins your infrastructure, next to everything that already works.

  5. Step 05

    Support

Three months of warranty, then a support and development plan.

More about the process

After launch

We fix defects for three months after delivery, under warranty. Ongoing support, monitoring and further development are agreed separately, in a plan that suits you.

Questions and answers

What fits into ten to fourteen weeks?

Usually two or three core user flows, payments and an admin area. The scope is agreed in the first weeks and fixed for each milestone.

Will it all need rewriting later?

No. We use the architecture and tools a growing product needs, and document the code for the team that takes it further.

What if the idea does not work?

The analytics show it early. We change the flows right away instead of building more of the wrong thing.

What happens after launch?

Three months of warranty, then development continues with us or passes to your own team with a full handover.
