Privacy policy

This is a starting point for the policy and is pending legal review. Last updated 2 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Ampliative (“we”, “us”) runs this website. For any question or request about your data, write to hello@ampliative.ai.

2. Data you send us

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your message and the page you sent it from. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss your project.

When you write to us directly, we keep the correspondence for the same purpose.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. Data kept in your browser

The site stores one cookie, called “theme”, when you choose a light or dark theme, so the next page opens in it. It is kept for a year and holds nothing but your choice.

The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

4. How your data is processed

Contact requests are passed to the service we use to receive them. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

We keep correspondence only as long as we need it to handle your request or the project that follows, and access is limited to the people who work on it.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to hello@ampliative.ai from the address the data concerns.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date it last changed.
