SaaS products

We build subscription products ready for real customers: billing, roles and workspaces, analytics, and an architecture that holds up as you grow.

When you need this

  • You are launching a subscription product
  • An internal tool deserves to become a product
  • Users need smart search or help filling in their data
  • The current version will not survive growth

How we work

From the first call to support

  1. Step 01

    Audit

We study the process, data and systems, and agree what success will look like.

  2. Step 02

    Prototype

A technical prototype proves the approach on your real data in three to six weeks.

  3. Step 03

    Development

Changes ship as they pass review and tests, and you follow them live on TaskDeck.

  4. Step 04

    Integration

The system joins your infrastructure, next to everything that already works.

  5. Step 05

    Support

Three months of warranty, then a support and development plan.

More about the process

After launch

We fix defects for three months after delivery, under warranty. Ongoing support, monitoring and further development are agreed separately, in a plan that suits you.

Questions and answers

How do you keep customers' data apart?

The isolation follows your security and compliance needs: shared tables with strict access rules, a schema per customer or a database per customer.

Which payment providers can you connect?

Stripe, Paddle and regional providers, including invoicing for business customers.

Can you take over an existing product?

Yes. We start with an audit of the code and infrastructure, then agree what to keep, what to fix and what to rebuild.

How do you prepare for growth?

Load is tested before big launches, and monitoring shows bottlenecks before your customers run into them.
