Process automation

We take repetitive steps off your team: reading documents, moving data between systems and routing requests. People step in only where judgement is needed.

Starts with a discovery phase that shows what your data allows, and is priced once it has.

When you need this

  • Staff copy data from documents into your systems
  • Requests get lost between email, chats and the CRM
  • The process depends on one person who knows how it works
  • Growth means hiring people for routine work

How we work

From the first call to support

  1. Step 01

    Free estimate

You tell us what you need. We tell you, in writing, how we’d build it and what it would cost.

  2. Step 02

    Discovery

When the project needs it: the scope, the architecture and the risks, mapped before the build.

  3. Step 03

    Development

We build it in small steps, and you can try each one as soon as it passes review and tests.

  4. Step 04

    Launch

The product goes live on your infrastructure, next to everything that already works.

  5. Step 05

    Support

Three months of warranty, then continuous development or a support plan.

More about the process

After launch

Every product we launch comes with a three-month warranty. Ongoing support, monitoring and further development are agreed separately, in a plan that suits you.

Questions and answers

What should we automate first?

The step with the most volume and the clearest rules. We map the process first and estimate the time each option would save.

What happens when the system is not sure?

It sends the case to a person with the reason attached, and the corrected result helps it handle the next one.

Will it work with our current systems?

That is the default. We connect through their APIs, exports or databases and replace nothing that already works.

How do we measure the effect?

We record handling time, error rate and volume before the pilot, and compare them afterwards.
