Assistants and knowledge search
We connect assistants to your knowledge base, CRM and order data. Customers get answers, staff find what they need in seconds, and every reply points to its source.
Starts with a discovery phase that shows what your data allows, and is priced once it has.
When you need this
- Support answers the same questions all day
- Finding a clause or a policy takes your team hours
- Requests arrive by email and chat and are sorted by hand
- Your product needs search or an assistant of its own

How we work
From the first call to support
Step 01
Free estimate
You tell us what you need. We tell you, in writing, how we’d build it and what it would cost.
Step 02
Discovery
When the project needs it: the scope, the architecture and the risks, mapped before the build.
Step 03
Development
We build it in small steps, and you can try each one as soon as it passes review and tests.
Step 04
Launch
The product goes live on your infrastructure, next to everything that already works.
Step 05
Support
Three months of warranty, then continuous development or a support plan.
After launch
Every product we launch comes with a three-month warranty. Ongoing support, monitoring and further development are agreed separately, in a plan that suits you.
Questions and answers
How do you choose the model and the setup?
By the volume of documents, the response time you need, where data may be processed and what it costs to run. We compare the options on your own questions before deciding.
Will it make things up?
Answers are built from passages found in your documents and link back to them. When nothing relevant turns up, the assistant says so or passes the conversation to a person.
How is our data protected?
Storage, access and which services may see the data are agreed before the pilot. Where needed, everything runs inside your own infrastructure.
How long until it is live?
A pilot usually takes six to ten weeks. Connecting live systems, setting permissions and rolling out to everyone follow as further work.
