Business systems

When packaged software makes you bend your process, we build the system around it instead: records, a CRM, portals and the integrations that tie them together.

A typical project takes discovery + 4 months.

When you need this

  • Records live in spreadsheets and in people's heads
  • Packaged CRMs do not fit, and changing the process costs more
  • An old system slows everyone down and nobody maintains it
  • Clients and partners want a portal instead of emails and calls

How we work

From the first call to support

  1. Step 01

    Free estimate

You tell us what you need. We tell you, in writing, how we’d build it and what it would cost.

  2. Step 02

    Discovery

When the project needs it: the scope, the architecture and the risks, mapped before the build.

  3. Step 03

    Development

We build it in small steps, and you can try each one as soon as it passes review and tests.

  4. Step 04

    Launch

The product goes live on your infrastructure, next to everything that already works.

  5. Step 05

    Support

Three months of warranty, then continuous development or a support plan.

More about the process

After launch

Every product we launch comes with a three-month warranty. Ongoing support, monitoring and further development are agreed separately, in a plan that suits you.

Questions and answers

Why not just buy a product?

Often you should, and we will say so. A custom system pays off when your process is an advantage, or when packaged tools need constant workarounds.

How do you move us off the old system?

In stages. The data migration is rehearsed, both systems run side by side for a while, and teams switch over one at a time.

Who can change the system later?

Your team or ours. Code, documentation and access are handed over as the work is paid for.

Can it run on our own servers?

Yes: in your cloud or your data centre, or in a cloud we manage if you prefer.
